Offset Printing

This is a common printing technique in which the inked image is transferred (or “offset”) from a plate to a rubber blanket and then to the printing surface.

Advantages of Offset

  • Lower cost per unit for longer runs (Unit cost goes down as print quantity goes up.

  • Better Quality with higher image resolution - especially when combined with CTP  (computer to plate).

  • More paper options when using ink instead of dry toner.

  • Cleaner folds, scores. etc.

Thermography

This is a cost-effective alternative to achieve a raised effect similar to engraving and embossing.

Our specialized process combines offset printing ink with a powdered resin which is baked so that the resin rises to give the ink a raised, textured effect.

Wide Format

Offered in Corroplast, Foamboard, Vinyl, and Aluminum.

Great for yard signs, A-Frame or Sandwich board, Banners, Posters, Real Estate signs, Campaigns, Advertising, etc.

  • Faster turn-around times (no drying time required).

  • Variable Data printing so each page can be unique.

  • Less waste since there's virtually ZERO make-ready.
